A self-proclaimed “lifestyle whisperer,” Nancie has a keen ability to hone in on her customers’ criteria and utilize her extensive knowledge to showcase the neighborhoods that best suit their needs. Having seen the ebbs and flows of the local market over time, she offers valuable insight and a boots-on-the-ground perspective that consistently yields exceptional results. Her previous experience as a real estate paralegal, licensed property manager and rental agent also provides her with a comprehensive skill set for helping buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process.
Nancie considers herself a facilitator and is dedicated and diligent in guiding customers through the buying and selling process to ensure they are fully informed and well-positioned to make the best decisions possible. “A successful real estate transaction is one in which I have managed the process so well that my customers are now my friends.”
She recently was certified to participate in the U.S. Military on the Move program so she can use her expertise to help veterans achieve their real estate goals. She decided to take part in the program after spending a significant amount of time with two Vietnam War veterans during the last year of their lives and learning about the difficulties they encountered throughout their lives.
Nancie is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication. She has logged countless volunteer hours working on behalf of non-profit organizations dedicated to making Sarasota a great place to live. She is the recipient of the Legend Award for Outstanding Community Service from Scene Magazine and has served as publicity chair raising funds for organizations, including Suncoast Community Blood Bank, Ringling Museum, Asolo Rep, Sarasota Opera, Suncoast Community Youth Basketball, Ringling College of Art & Design, Sarasota County Openly Plans for Excellence (SCOPE), The Out-of-Door Academy and more.
She leads an active lifestyle that includes tennis, power walking the John Ringling Bridge and long walks on the gorgeous Gulf Coast beaches. She is the mother of two adult children, Nathan and Rachael, who were born and raised in Sarasota. Nancie enjoys movies and local theater and one day wants to travel the world with her children.
