Nancie is a delight to work with. She is very patient, listens closely, and works hard to understand exactly what you are looking for so that she can finetune a selection of properties that tick all your boxes. She also knows when to stretch your boundaries a little for the right deal or the property that will tick those boxes with a little work. She knows the market, has great connections for services you'll need as you go through the buying (and/or renovating!) process, and is a good partner throughout your search. My husband and I have enjoyed looking at properties with Nancie and will definitely turn to her again when we have the need.

If we could give Nancie Kalin 10 stars we would!! My husband and I bought our Sarasota vacation home through Nancy and then sold our home years later through Nancy. We wouldn't have used any other realtor. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable of the market and business and is a complete delight to work with. She makes everything easy, simple and transparent. She is a a beautiful person, inside and out and sincerely cares about her clients and helping them achieve their objectives.. She gently, but effectively guides the process to make it all happen. We cannot recommend Nancie Kalin enough.

We've just received the keys to our new Sarasota home; it's hard to put into words all that Nancie has done for us. We found Nancie by doing an extensive search of the Sarasota market following an unsatisfactory previous experience. As a result, had high expectations: someone whom we felt could truly work on our behalf with our best interests, as out of town buyers. Listening to our needs; effective communicator; seasoned negotiator and well versed with Sarasota. Nancie has more than met our expectations. From previewing properties; countless emails, texts and calls; leveraging the best contract; indispensable liaison with our bank, attorney, sellers realtor, contractors; everyone and everything needed to seal the deal. We were amazed how seemingly effortless and with absolute grace Nancie pulled it all together in the most professional, personable way, all with the powerful backing and value laden representation that is Michael Saunders. As we have yet to move into our new home, from out of state, Nancie continues to help facilitate contractor visits, home updates, lending local resources to realize our new home vision and has gone above and beyond 110%. We now think of Nancie as our personal friend.
